From the series 'So ripe it's almost chocolate, so ripe it's almost chocolate, so ripe it's almost chocolate', Lallali's work explores the everyday including food and fashion to find a humorous twist in them. Almost as an ode to childhood where imagination soars and the world doesn’t need to make sense, her work exists as a counterbalance to the sometimes grim realities of life, inspiring the viewer to celebrate life and encourage folly.
