Noah D. is a London based architectural photographer. The three photographs by Noah at Base KX are from his series Windows, a body of artwork looking at office windows by night, specifically of buildings in London. The artist conducts experiments with lenses and digital software. The resulting images through manipulation show the cathedral-like qualities of the company buildings that dominate the centers of our cities. By isolating and manipulating the windows, they take on a stained glass-like quality, but also draw the viewer in to pick out details. Mounted on aluminium, the images float in parallel to the wall, frameless, they allow the viewer to exit the experience, innovate and continue to dream.
