"These artworks are a fusion of techniques I developed last year and during this recent lockdown. I have combined geometric bold shapes with a more earthy, natural colour palette and textures. I wanted to reflect these challenging times of uncertainty and change. There have been moments when I have felt restricted, frustrated and trapped but ironically with this new body of works I have never felt so free as an artist. Each piece is designed to add balance, harmony, drama and elegance to any space and everyday life. As many others I have had time to reflect, utilise and discover and in so doing expanded my skills and thoughts to create these new works of art representing how these current circumstances have allowed our planet to refresh and reset."
