Melissa is a London-based British artist focusing on 2D image making, recently having graduated in Fine Art at Central Saint Martins. She paints to portray emotion through a visual sense. typically using colour as a means to control the energy and direct the eye. Her works pay tribute to the research conducted in the field of psychology linking colour to the release of positive endorphins in the human mind.
Exhibited at UCL's BaseKX her work fits in harmony with the surrounding, the shapes each of different colour unite, follow and connect at different points, reflecting the community of collaboration, dimensions of ideas and diversity of start-ups within the Hatchery.
